Serbian is written in two alphabets, and both are correct
Serbian uses Cyrillic and Latin script interchangeably. The same buyer may search in either depending on the device and the keyboard, and both spellings are entirely standard.
This is the only market on our waitlist with that problem, and there is no clean answer. Most online commerce leans Latin, so that is where we would start, but expect to lose some Cyrillic queries and to find them in your search terms report once the market opens.

The largest market in the Western Balkans
Serbia has roughly 6.6 million people, more than Bosnia, Montenegro and North Macedonia combined. Of the non-EU markets on this list it is the one that justifies its own feed and its own price list rather than being an add-on.
The currency is the Serbian dinar, which is not pegged, so the price list has to be maintained.
The shop systems here, and how they reach Merchant Center
The only technology-detection dataset found for Serbia ranks WooCommerce far ahead of every other shop system, with Shopify a distant second; OpenCart, Magento, and PrestaShop are too close in share, around 1.5 to 1.6% each, to name a confirmed third system. WooCommerce connects to Google Merchant Center via the official Google for WooCommerce plugin, and Shopify via the Google and YouTube sales channel.

Is Serbia in the EU?
No. Serbia is a candidate country, and customs, VAT and delivery follow non-EU rules.
Which currency do I price in?
The Serbian dinar. It floats rather than tracking the euro, so a price list converted once will drift.
How big is the market?

Will this break my existing Merchant Center setup?
No. Nothing about how your feed reaches Merchant Center changes. The switch is a single approval inside the account you already have, not a new integration.
Am I locked into anything by switching?
No. There is no contract length and no setup cost, and inside the first 60 days you can get a full refund without giving a reason.
Do you build a custom feed, or use what I already have?
We use the feed you already send to Merchant Center. There is nothing new to build, and no separate export just for us.
Is there a limit on how many shops I can add?
No. Pricing is per shop with an automatic volume discount from five shops, calculated from your total. Adding more shops later just recalculates that total; it does not require a new agreement.
Who do I actually talk to if something needs fixing?
A real person on our side, not an anonymous ticket queue. Support, billing and cancellation are all handled from the same portal you use to add a shop.
Does the switch pause my ads while Google processes it?
No. Your ads keep running the entire time, under whichever CSS is currently submitting them, until the new one is confirmed. There is no gap in coverage.
Is my data shared with anyone new by switching?
No. A CSS only submits the ad your Merchant Center feed already builds; it does not see your website, your customers or any data beyond what Merchant Center already exposes to any authorised party.
Does this work if I already run Performance Max, not just standard Shopping?
Yes. The bid-power effect applies to the Shopping portion of a PMax campaign specifically; the rest of the campaign runs exactly as before, because the switch happens in Merchant Center, not inside the campaign itself.
