Service Description
We provide a Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) infrastructure for Google Ads.
Limitation of Liability
The CSS Partner acts solely as a technical CSS provider. We make no guarantees regarding Google Ads performance, return on ad spend (ROAS), or traffic volumes. Under no circumstances shall Gezar be held liable for any suspension, restriction, or permanent closure of a client's Google Ads or Google Merchant Center accounts by Google. The client is solely responsible for ensuring their feeds and websites comply with Google's advertising policies.
Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. New subscriptions carry a 60-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 60 days and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Outside that window, payments already billed are not refunded.
