What to include when you write
Three details let us answer in one reply:
- Your Merchant Center ID. It is at the top right in Merchant Center, and it is an account number, not a password.
- How many shops you run, and whether they sit under one parent account. If they do, we connect the parent account, and your account structure stays as it is.
- Which CSS you use today, if any.

How quickly will I receive a reply?
Magnus normally replies to your email on the same working day.
Do I have to talk to anyone to sign up?
No. Prices are published on our website and you can register independently. A consultation to review your advertising costs is optional.
Who am I actually talking to?
Magnus Bo Nielsen, the creator of The CSS Partner. Gezar is a small agency in Aarhus, Denmark. Magnus also provides your ongoing support.
Will I receive support after my CSS connection is activated?
Yes. Contact the same person at the same email address. Support is included at no extra cost.
I use another CSS today. How long does moving take?
We send the request the same day. Your current CSS can hold your account for up to 14 days before it moves, and your ads keep running with them meanwhile. If you want it sooner, ask them to waive the period.
What happens after I write?
Magnus reads every message himself. With your Merchant Center ID and shop count in the first email, you normally get a straight answer or the next step the same working day: a link to the sign-up form if you are ready, or a link to book the free 15-minute call if you want to talk it through first.
Do I need to cancel my current CSS myself?
No. We send the switch request to your Merchant Center, and your current CSS can keep serving your account for up to 14 days while it processes. You do not need to give them notice, and your ads keep running the whole time.
Do you talk to my current CSS provider directly?
No. We only talk to your Merchant Center, through the request an admin on the account approves. Your current provider is not contacted by us, and there is no formal notice period to observe with them.
I run more than one shop. Do I get a better price?
Yes. From five shops the price drops automatically to 16 EUR per shop per month, or 9.33 EUR per shop per month on the annual plan with our current founder pricing, whether they sit under one parent account or several. Tell us your shop count when you write, and you get the right number straight away.
