Data Collection

As a B2B service, we collect essential data (name, email, company details, billing information) required to deliver the CSS connection and process payments. We also store the phone number you give us when you sign up, so we can call you about your account.

Third-Party Processors

We use these services to run the site and deliver the CSS connection. We do not sell your data.

Stripe: payments. Resend: emails such as receipts and login links. Cloudflare: delivers the website and protects it against attacks. Google Merchant Center: we connect your Merchant Center account to our CSS. We never get access to your Google Ads account. Google Analytics and Google Ads: statistics and ad measurement. If you decline cookies, Google receives measurements without cookies (Google Consent Mode). Microsoft Clarity: session recordings and heatmaps, only if you accept statistics cookies.

Meta and OpenAI: ad measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies. Chatwoot: our live chat. It runs on our own server in Denmark and only loads when you open the chat. It stores your email address and the messages you write. Anthropic: writes the AI assistant's answers in the chat. It receives the messages you write there. When the assistant cannot answer, a person from The CSS Partner takes over. YouTube: the video on How it works. It only loads when you press play.

Some of these providers are based in the US and may process data there.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and keep you logged in. The chat sets its own cookie only when you open it, so the conversation continues if you come back. Other cookies are only set if you accept them: statistics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and marketing (Meta and OpenAI). You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
